1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Images and Videos: Photos or video clips you upload to use the face swap, AI filter, or AI image generation features. These are processed by our third-party AI provider and are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for processing.
- Support Requests: If you contact support, we collect your name, email address, issue description, and any attachments you voluntarily submit.
- Promo Codes: If you redeem a promo code, we record the redemption against your device ID to prevent duplicate use.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Identifier: We generate and store a pseudonymous device ID (derived from Android ID or a randomly generated UUID) to manage your credits balance, purchase history, and swap history. This ID does not contain your name or email address.
- Usage Data: We collect information about features you use (e.g., number of swaps performed, credits purchased) to provide and improve the App.
- Purchase Records: When you purchase credits through Google Play, we receive a purchase token, order ID, and product ID from Google. We do not receive your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Google Play.
- FCM Token: We collect your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send you notifications about swap completion, credit updates, and daily bonuses. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
- Country / Region: We detect your approximate country from your IP address (via a public IP geolocation API) to comply with regional laws and for analytics. We do not store your precise location.
- App Version and Device Info: Collected for crash reporting, compatibility, and support purposes.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily provide them in a support request.
- We do not collect biometric data or create facial recognition profiles from your uploaded images.
- We do not collect your precise GPS location.
- We do not access your contacts, call logs, or SMS.
2. How We Use Your Information

3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the App:

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ISM Studio, its users, or the public.
4. Image and Video Data
Images and videos you upload for face swapping or AI generation are:
- Transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to our AI processing provider.
- Used solely for generating the requested output.
- Not stored permanently on our servers — result URLs are stored in your device's history in Firebase for your convenience and can be cleared by you at any time using the "Clear History" function in the App.
- Not used to train AI models without explicit, separate consent.
- Not shared with any third party other than the processing provider listed above.
5. AI-Generated Content and Labeling
All images and videos produced by the App are AI-generated synthetic media. In compliance with the EU AI Act (2026) and applicable platform policies, AI-generated output in this App is watermarked or labeled as "AI Generated." You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic, real, or non-synthetic media.
6. Advertising
When your credit balance reaches zero, the App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or AppLovin MAX. These ad networks may collect and use device advertising identifiers (GAID) and general device information to serve personalized or contextual ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your Android device settings under Settings → Privacy → Ads. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at ismstudio.developer@gmail.com and we will delete the information promptly. The App is rated for users aged 13 and above on Google Play.
8. Data Retention
- Device profile and credits balance: Retained for as long as you use the App. You may request deletion (see Section 10).
- Swap / creation history: Stored until you clear it within the App or request deletion.
- Purchase records: Retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
- Support tickets: Retained for 2 years after resolution.
- Uploaded images/videos: Deleted from processing servers after result generation (typically within 24 hours).
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Firebase Security Rules restricting database access to authenticated device IDs only.
- No storage of payment card data (handled entirely by Google Play).
- Content moderation filters to prevent generation of prohibited content.

10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your device ID.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your profile, credits balance, and history. Note: Purchase records may be retained for legal compliance.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Opt-out of notifications: Disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
- Opt-out of personalized ads: Go to Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- Clear history: Use the "Clear History" button in the App to delete your creation history from our servers instantly.

11. International Users
The App is operated from India. If you access the App from outside India (including the European Union, United Kingdom, or United States), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to this transfer. For EU/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and our third-party providers' data processing agreements for cross-border transfers.
12. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., our Play Store listing, social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you via push notification or in-app message. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend checking this page periodically.
